*How Long Will It Take To Delivery?

Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time.This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and pack them. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Standard shipping normally takes 5-10 days, and express shipping normally takes 2-4 days. Processing takes 1-2 days normally.

We will do our every efforts to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

Shipping with couriers is insured and trackable online. Once your goods are sent out we will email you with a tracking number so you can trace your delivery. We offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. Any missing issues reported, we will reship your order immediately Can i ship by UPS,DHL or TNT? Yes,if you want to ship by TNT,UPS.DHL,please contact us.The promise is the goods you ordered should be over 21kgs.But TNT,UPS,DHL are expensive,we are sorry that you should pay an extra shipping cost. All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. All Parcels will be hold for picking up if it can not be singed or delivered.

The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

Due to the fact that our items are bought over the Internet, cannot be tried on ahead of time and are bought site unseen, we have developed the following return and exchange policy for customer service purposes. Of course, we hope that you are happy with your selection. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

RETURN POLICY: We are not responsible for items that "do not fit". If in doubt, please look at our SIZE CHARTS before agreeing to buy.

All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise. Returns without a "Return Authorization Number" will not be issued a refund/exchange.

Due to variances in lighting or your computer settings this listed item may appear slightly different in person than shown on photo.

You must notify us within 7 days if any product is received either damaged or defective. We will immediately replace any damaged or defective merchandise and a "Return Label" will be enclosed for the defective item(s) to be returned back to us.

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery and must be in resalable conditions. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return.The $12.99 shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, so please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.

 If you wish to return any damaged or defective merchandise for a full refund and not for an exchange, you must do so within 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Refunds will be issued only upon receipt of the returned products.

ABSOLUTELY no returns/refunds after 14 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. All returns are the responsibility of the customer. We will only cover the cost of faulty or damaged returned goods.
